Our Supporter Relations Team is at the frontline of our commitment to create and develop positive relationships with supporters and activists of Friends of the Earth. Having recently restructured to maximise our engagement of individuals through multiple channels, we are looking for a Supporter Relations Executive to drive and fulfil the key experience goals identified as a key part of our organisational strategy. The Executive is an integral part of our team delivering key and high quality information to our supporters and enquirers. The role encompasses our values, passion and knowledge to give a valued experience to every contact we make Friends of the Earth. As Supporter Relations Executive you will have a good experience of providing information in a Customer Care environment to give friendly, knowledgeable, consistent and efficient communications. This will enable us to lead on relevant and first class experiences for supporters and enquirers while nurturing the passionate and inspiring conversations we have on a daily basis. Along with embedding a culture of treating every contact as a valued part of our campaigns and movement, you will take a proactive approach to improvements in systems and processes to maximize the efficiency of the Executive Team.
